Welcome to PMV Publishing. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pmvpublishing.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of digital products from us. The Site is owned and operated by PMV Holdings LLC (“PMV Publishing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using any of our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Our Products

PMV Publishing sells digital eBooks and related digital content. All products are delivered electronically as instant or near-instant downloads. No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions, samples, and cover images are provided to help you decide, and we make every effort to describe our products accurately.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time you complete checkout is the price that applies to your order. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Wix Payments, Stripe, and PayPal). By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that we suspect to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a refund for that order.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to download your purchased eBook, typically immediately, through a download link, your account, or a confirmation email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download and save your files. If you have any trouble accessing your purchase, contact support@pmvpublishing.com and we will help you obtain your download.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital goods that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or accessed. We will, however, make things right if there is a genuine problem. We will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion if:

• The file is corrupted, defective, or will not download, and we are unable to resolve the issue; or

• You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same item.

To request help under this policy, contact support@pmvpublishing.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order details. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

6. License to Use Digital Products

When you purchase an eBook from us, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and read the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may keep a reasonable number of personal backup copies for your own devices.

You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lend, or share the files; upload them to file-sharing services or public websites; reproduce or distribute the content in whole or in part; remove any copyright or proprietary notices; or use the content for any commercial purpose. The eBook and its content remain the intellectual property of PMV Holdings LLC and its authors. Purchasing a product transfers a license to read it, not ownership of the underlying work.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, eBooks, cover art, graphics, logos, blog articles, and the compilation of all content, is the property of PMV Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. “PMV Publishing” and our logos are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly permitted by the limited license in Section 6.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@pmvpublishing.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party; distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with the proper functioning of the Site; or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this section.

10. Blog and User Content

If you post comments or other content on our blog or Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the Site. You are solely responsible for what you post, and you agree not to post anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or offensive. We may remove any content at our discretion.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site relies on third-party services (such as Wix for hosting and payment providers for transactions) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Our eBooks are sold for general informational, educational, and entertainment purposes. Any self-help, financial, health, wellness, relationship, or similar content reflects the views of the author and is not professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information in our products. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMV Holdings LLC and its owners, employees, and authors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PMV Holdings LLC and its owners, employees, and authors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
